K6.8m social cash freed for Mumbwa

MALUMO SILUMESI, Kabwe GOVERNMENT has released K6.8 million to Mumbwa in Central Province for the payment of outstanding arrears to over 3,270 beneficiaries under the social cash transfer programme. Mumbwa District Commissioner Felix Ndopu said in an interview that the accumulation of arrears was necessitated by the omissions of some beneficiaries during the registration process.
