Dear Zambia,

In ibexhill extension,the contractor teichman has abandoned the completion of the tar mark and really one wonders what has happened.pliz answer me.

Mr. Dreams,

I suspect the word you are discombobulating to unearth is Tarmac (short for tarmacadam). Or maybe not. If you are talking in Mpulungu parlance, then yes it is in fact, Tar Mark

Mfuti,why are you trying to concoviasly shine in issues that are certainly circumtombiuos in nature?He precaficated about "tarmac" but you are busy dicastimising him!leave the poor guy alone,u also dont know the masters language.
