Lusaka roads / drainages

Postby Ba Mwisho » 9th July 2010, 14:47

Dear Zambia,

The rainy season is just around the corner,we have not seen any serious works on Lusaka roads.especially drainage. Why do we have to go through the same cycle of floods every year?
What is the local council and govt doing?this is July and the drainages havent been done yet(they havent even started the works) not even unblocking the old ones, what's going on and what are they still waiting for?someone please remind these people.
Kabwata,Kamwala and Libala become so pathetic, driving there is like driving in some remote village in Rwanda !Mr Kapata of LCC please this is time to act, dont just sound so sweet on radio phoenix during "traffic watch programmes".
