Taring Libala Lilayi link road frm chilimbulu

Dear Zambia,
I want to thank the authorities for heeding to peoples' cry and finally tarring the Chalala and Libala south roads. However could the authorities not end there but also consider the residents along new developments dotted along the road from Libala south near engine past the Lusaka water and sewerage waterworks boreholes connecting to Lilayi . there is a brilliant new development the Lilayi housing estates with people now moved in, whose access would be made much easier through this road and benefit us people in that catchment area. It would inevitably also encourage other developments in that area without necessarily disturbing the farms. Comment from RDA or Counsel please on plans to tar this in line with the ones just tarred? Please could can this be attended before the onset of the rains as the road has already been graded. The equipment has not yet been demobilised from the other nearby project that has just been completed so it can simply be shifted to this road.
