Dear Zambia,
Hitler and his Nazi Germany are said to have slaughtered some six million Jews and other so called “undesirables”. That was evil.
Mao of China and Stalin of the former Soviet Union are each said to have slaughtered people in the range of 20 to 60 million. That too is of course evil.
The great plague of the 14th century is said to have killed anywhere between 75 to 200 million people in the Eurasian region.
A bacterium known as Yersinia pestis, was responsible for causing the great plague.
When men do evil things the argument is that God, their creator, is not responsible because God gave those men free will.
Did God give that bacterium free will as well? How do we excuse God for the great plague that slaughtered up to 200 million people?
