Fred,
forgive me for surmising that you really want to locate this DNA test facility in Zambia. Please allow me to take a guess.

You had sex with a girl before you found out that she sleeps around with many men. Now that girl is pregnant and has named you as the baby's daddy. So naturally you would like to authenticate your paternity to this baby before you can take on the responsibilities of a daddy. Yes?

(Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has warned 23andMe Inc, a company backed by Google Inc, to halt sales of its genetic testing services because they have not received regulatory clearance.

23andMe, which was founded in 2006 by Anne Wojcicki with the backing of Google, sells DNA testing services that the company says detect a range of genetic mutations and provide information about a person's health risks. Wojcicki recently separated from her husband, Sergey Brin, a co-founder of Google.

In a warning letter dated November 22 and released on Monday, the FDA said it considers the company's product a medical device that therefore requires regulatory clearance, "as FDA has explained to you on numerous occasions."

The privately held company, which is based in Mountain View, California, did not immediately respond to a request for comment left before business hours.

The FDA said some of the intended uses of the company's Saliva Collection Kit and Personal Genome Service (PGS) are particularly concerning, including risk assessments for certain cancers.

The agency said that if the company's risk assessment for breast or ovarian cancer reports a false positive, it could lead a patient to undergo preventative surgery, intensive screening or other potentially risky procedures. A false negative, on the other hand, could result in a failure to recognize actual risk.

The FDA said in its letter that the company submitted applications in July and September of 2012 for several of these indications for use.

"However," the FDA said, "to date your company has failed to address the issues described during previous interactions with the Agency" or provided additional information requested. As a result, the FDA said the applications "are considered withdrawn."

The agency said it had been "diligently working" to help the company comply with the law, and has spent significant time evaluating the intended uses of the product. It said it also provided detailed feedback to the company regarding the types of data it needed to submit. The agency said its interactions with the company included more than 14 face-to-face and teleconference meetings, hundreds of email exchanges, and dozens of written communications.

"However, even after these many interactions with 23andMe, we still do not have any assurance that the firm has analytically or clinically validated the PGS for its intended uses," the FDA said.

The company's name refers to the 23 pairs of chromosomes that make up each individual's genome.

If affordable DNA testing did hit the Zambian street, it would accomplish one inevitable goal. Expose just how many Zambian men have bastard children scattered all across this beautiful land of ours. There is nobody who likes to fornicate and to hump so indiscriminately and so carelessly than a Zambian man.

Nabwalya,
if you were at the receiving end of a fornicating man who ran out on you after fathering your bastard child, please accept my condolences. I only ask that you cut us some slack. Us Zambian men who have never strayed from our one and only love.

Thanks.

First obtain a court order and go to UTH and/or Nkanza Laboratories. At Nkanza, the partenity quote are as follows: K1732.00 for father and child; and K2598.00 for both assumed biological parents plus one child. An additional child to the perceived biological parents costs K866.00, regardless of sex, age, weight and IQ. Of course, the costs have to be settled by the Chief complainant as it is him or her who is pursuing justice, because no sane person pursues injustice. The DNA outcome will be presented before the court to enable it settle any problems that necessitated its order.

However, if paternity is confirmed, that child ought to be taken care of and has the right to inherity some of his or her hit and run father's asset's as any other child in the matrimonial home. In short, this child must not be dicriminated because he or she did not dictate the circumstances in which the Zygote was formed. Wether it was in an atmosphere of hate or love; the child must not be prejudiced.

Thank you

Mr. Mwape sir,

This is not rocket science. It’s actually quite simple and straight forward.

It you inserted your penis inside the vagina of this girl and then you ejaculated, then you are the fućking daddy of the bastard child.

Man listen. You are not the first ass hole to have an illegitimate child nor will you be the last ass hole.

Shit happens, you idiot. Learn to live with it
