Every time it rains and I'm riding my bicycle some son of a bitch driver splashes me with water by deliberately driving over a puddle of water in the road. f*cking animals

you dumbass of course they would splash you with water. if you knew better you would get on minibus or here's another idea get your lazy ass of your mums coutch and get a job and buy a car . simple
