mongu route buses,(salom vs juldan)

Dear Zambia,

i would like to air my my displeasure at the way shalom buses operate on the route to mongu. i bought a ticket for 13hrs and to my inconvinience they had to borrow a bus from ticklays, another bus service provider. the reason was that the ....i dont know really!!!!!and instead we ended leaving at 16hours. this is disrganisation as its best coz how can u sell tickets wen u know ul not have a bus.

on the other hand juldan buses on this route are well organised...keep it up juldan. polite and on time

My Friend let me answer you about Shalom Bus Services, Right now Shalom is Number one 1 Bus company in zambia you can not compere to any other company in Zambia We have more than 40 Big buses and we go thrgh Zambia, Mongu, Living Stone, Nakonde , South Africa and many more so please my friend dont ever Compere Shalom with small Companies like Juldan.Shalom Shalom.

Jany Badjay, you've missed the point sir, you may be the biggest bus service but on that occasion you failed, why sell tickets when you know you won't leave on time. First impressions count so if you're really from Shalom as you claim it's time you listen to people who use your service. Your services can be compared with any other, even if they only operate one route and if that service is better than Shalom then you best get your act together and investigate the claim made above.

Dear Shalom,
I think you missed the point here. The writer was in no way talking about the number(quantity)of buses but the QUALITY of service!
Instead of addressing the issue,you start bragging on the size of your fleet!
Does size make you make you the best provider?
You couls have 1,000 buses for all we care but if your service is shoddy you cannot overlook customers' complaints or else you risk 'crashing' to the ground from the lofty perch you've placed yourself on.
For your information,there have been far much bigger bus operators then you before,but where are they now?Why did they fall?
One of the major reasons for their death is arrogance,not respecting or addressing passenger concerns...people will simply stay away from your buses. Mark my words!

Shalom is nolonger a good bus,especially the route to SA the drivers are sarcastic,and if al was to travel to mongu al would rather use red bomber than shalom.

I would like to express my concern about Nakonde route for shalom. Should improve on-the-go Nakonde route, issue of loading luggages were passengers are sitting so uncomfortable you even fail to lift your feets.
We will shift and go to red bomber,
