sms and roamin charges

Dear Airtel
I want to find out why the text can not be sent when you roaming. currently am in Kenya and since i came, I have not sent any text though I receive from Zambia. secondly, why are you charging us when we receive calls from Zambia and how much are u charging per minute. what is the benefit of roaming then when calling you are over chargin us?
