Scam.

Do your walking or your jogging, dig in your backyard with a hoe and lay off too much booze and fatty foods. You don't need a trainer to be in good physical shape. It's all common sense. You spend money to over-eat and then spend more money to try lose weight? What kind of crazy vicious cycle is that?

Let me be painfully honest. Only fools pay someone else to stay in shape.

If you can manage to walk or eat unaided then the cheapest way to keep in shape is to buy a track suit & a skipping rope.Commit to run at least 2 km three days a week then eventully increase according to how fit you want to be.Use a skipping rope for not less than 45 minutes when not in the mood to run,do some sit ups & push ups.More info on fitness can be found on the net(just google it).Avoid heavy meals at supper coz you gain more weight when you are asleep.

Sly, thanks. I'll take harsh. Just don't call me a liar:)

And to add one more cheap method to Yangeni's regimen, take an empty bag of mealie meal, fill it with sand and use it as a punching bag. This one has a double edged benefit. Keeps you in shape and helps you take out all your frustrations, anger and whatnot on a bag of sand. Not on your kids or your spouse.
