MAZHANDU FAMILY BUS

Postby TJ » 15th December 2010, 16:45

Dear Zambia,

I light of the captioned, i wish to reccommend mazhandu bus family service for their exceptional up standard services in the trasportation industry. Their buses are not only 'time buses' but they also offer the most camfort and security. Thier staff are mature, decent and mostly helpful. We thank you mazhandu for introducing buses in the copperbelt route

Fellow travellers, if your are coming into copperbelt from lusaka, try mazhandu and you will never regret. I recommend Euro bus services too. I didnt know this is what people in southern route and western route have been enjoying. keep it up Mazhandu bus services

'Let give credit where its due' and without doubt mazhandu has earned it.

I agree with the last contributor. Mazhandu bus drivers should indeed do something about the speed. Some drivers are a bit careless, they overtake on bends thus risking the lives of passengers. Otherwise the service is excellent. One more thing, there should also be consistence in the provision of refreshments, I have taken a ride from Ndola to Lusaka and on two occasions passengers were not served with drinks.

To be frank and honest mazhandu bus service is an excellent bus service compared to other bus services.I used to be a regular customer when i lived in zambia. Though living in the diaspora i still reccommend them to my friends and family. They are very efficient and trustworthy in their operations. Believe it or not, they are the best.

ba Mbuya ba Chip, maybe our tummies are different. My tummy takes very well to the apple max and fizzle drinks. Matter of fact, one time I had a tummy ache. I suspected the vinkubala I had eaten earlier that day. Tasted a bit funky and somewhat mushy. But after drinking the apple max, my tummy felt better.

Zambian gal u ve observed corectly and i agree with you,you are not biased.ive used most of the buses like Bookers,Cr,Rk,Shalom etc but ive found none like Mazhandu.i love to move on time and it seems those guys ve realy worked on that.the other thing i like about those guys is cleanlines.their buses are always clean even when it is old thus preventing the unpleasant smel ive encounterd in most buses ive used.ther crew is always friendly(no ichikwela) which i hate the most.kip up the gud work Mazhandu and teach them(other transporters) how to do things in the 21st century

Its funny how things in Zambia can't just be good.we are so alegic to good things(or in this case good service) or maybe we have just gotten used to crapy service(s) that good service is too much to take in,so we pick at the flaws.Mazhandu is the best in Zambia at the moment.I always use it when going to the copperbelt and Lusaka their staff are friendly, they are on time speeding or not, they provide a beverage and snack :).Mazhandu forever!!!

except for those VCDs they play on the bus. it's torture! Can't stand them. Makes it even hard to read when you have got a book.Who in Zambia decided that we all want to watch 3rd rate Nigerian movies? Nollywood sucks! But mwandi all in all the bus service itself is GOOD, keep it up, God bless.

ba Marcus,
May I please suggest ear plugs. Good tight ear plugs that will shut out any rubbish from Nollywood.

Every now and then I'm forced to sit through a church service for a wedding or something. I use ear plugs to keep my mind pure from the preacher's corruption.

There's only one Foloko. Hi darling!

Hey, Maz are the best carrier so far! Livingstone through Copper belt! But like someone pointed out, there's inconsistency in serving of drinks and that too sweet round keke.

I have watched good movies on MAz bus; THE EXPENDABLES, NIKITA, THE ITALIAN JOB and other good Hollywood movies. Never seen Nigerian myself but I know they do show, my niece confirmed.

It's refreshing to ride in a really clean bus with air conditioning and friendly crew. Thumbs up!

Dear Zambia,
There is very little you can take away from Mazhandu Family Bus Crew....They are just excellent!!...I am a regular traveler between Lusaka and Livingstone and I have always enjoyed my journeys.

I have never experienced any ego-ego style of attending to customers at all.
Ba Chanda Bbeu has always been so impressive to me, the Drivers, the Conductors and Bus Stewards in general...They have just been marvelous.
I once met the Owner of Mazhandu when he jumped on the bus I boarded, for sure!! you can tell why even his employees come out number 1 to me.......The Man has marketing skills which you can see in his talking

To Management and Staff Of Mazhandu Family Bus Services...The Business is yours.... Keep up the spirit!!!

I have tried numerous times to contact this bus service for schedule and cost between Lusaka and Livingstone. No-one ever gets back to me. I just tried sending another e-mail and it was aborted immediately. Can someone tell me how they contacted this bus company. My trip is coming up soon and I am scrambling for answers to travel requests.
