Postby Kb » 11th February 2011, 10:18

Dear Zambia,

I know zanaco isn't the best bank out there, but their xapit facility is the best for me. Am able to do my transactions even outside the country. Banking has never been easier!

Dackwell,

Just visit any zanaco branch, they'll assist you. Its a mobile baking facility that allows you to check your balance, transfer money not only to zanaco accounts but other accounts as well, buy talk time and even pay utility bills...on your phone!!!

Its worked wonders for me too, especially with paying DSTV bills, its as 1 minute job, rather than queue one hour at the offices. Really handy, and whats more, no bank charges, even when you withdraw from a "foreign" ATM. Its super!

Kb, please don't confuse Mr. Ngoma. When you say "Its a mobile baking facility" the man will think that it's a bakery on wheels.

Hi Guys

Sorry for "eavesdropping" in on the topic, I was just wondering 2 things:
1. Can you use Xapit on any of the Zambian networks or do you have to be with Zain?
2. How does it work, do you have to log on using the internet on your cell phone to use Xapit or is it USSD?

Hey jess,

yes you cn use xapit on any network! And works on your phone, no internet required. You just need to have a pin #. But you have to register so you need to visit zanaco for that. For more info, visit their website..www.zanaco.co.zm
