Any black Zambian who got rid of acne?

I know a girl who uses it and swears by it. She's not a Black girl though. I hear our Black skin is more oily than that of lighter complexions. I have heard. I am not a dermatologist, so do not take my word as bible.

Ala I dont know what to do with my skin. You see all these women you see around never tell the truth about what they use till you see their dressing tables.

Sometimes I use betasol 2 to 3 times a week. Just to clear the big pimples. Because continiuation causes major breakout. A scrub is also good to get rid of excess oil.

I used honey it worked for awhile and stopped.

I often wonder how men have beautiful clear black skin without using all these products. I intend to go that way and see how it goes too.

Hey I have extremely sensitive skin BUT i discovered that Bu-tone complexion soap and the cream work for me. The other thing is dont apply heavy make up as this will only make it worse. you can use PRISMA from Betsa if you need a light foundation its affordable and has shades for dark and light complexions, expenisive stuff dont always work.

Good question Jane. Ba Lovely, as far as I know, the Body Shop is only available in South Africa. Please give remedies which are accessible and available to ZAMBIANS without them spending an arm and a leg to get it (e.g catching a plane ride).

Neutrogena is available in Link pharmacies at Manda Hill and Arcades (be ready to spend not less than K80pin on a product).

I found Tea Tree soap to do wonders and it goes for about K25pin at the Kabulonga Jubilee chemist. I also know some friends who swear by Fair & Lovely which is about K3pin in Spar and Shoprite. I am hesitant about products which may change my complexion colour... so be wary of that if you are like me.

Someone once told me cow manure does the trick. But when I did the math, I wasn't too sure about the effectiveness and the validity of this cow manure cure of acne. A lot of flies landing on one's face and laying their eggs in the cow dung sounded like a recipe for a mushroom explosion of pimples. Not to mention the stench and the looks from passers by. I don't know,,, that bull's shit remedy just sounded a bit off.

try Tea Tree oil- organic.

you can get from Shoprite or Spar. add a few drops to warm water and bath a cuopla times a day. also google it to learn more about its healing qualities and other uses

Acne has a lot to do with your diet. ID the thing in your diet that causes your acne. Some people it's chocolate or a certain nut or the water they drink and so forth.

On a romantic note, if you suffer from loads of pimples of your face, ask your sugar honey to sit on the carpet in your living room. Then lay down and put your pimpled head on her lap and let her squeeze the puss out of one pimple after another. It is very romantic.
