Yes Girl I have tried Twa Pandula and they are also good though pricey. Like you I am rather attached to QC but I am always on the lookout for new joints to service my palette when I am in another area. In town I used to go to Sebenza and then I discovered QC Thornpark. The other day I had munkoyo after a heavy lunch and it was superb. The waiters are still sloppy and I have a good mind to tell the manager, a nice coloured lady who is very friendly. I recently discovered they charge you 5pin if you want extra nsima above a bevra but I think it should be free, considering how cheap it is. I think these guys should start a nationwide franchise. Unless I am mistaken, no Zambian has ever started a local franchise since the time of the Brits.

Please allow me to remind you that you could have chosen to pick any subject line for this thread but you chose to launch the thread by praising the "excellent service" at QC. Now I detect trouble. Did all the excellent waiters get fired? Maybe their big smiles and excellent service was a cover to hide their propensity to steal pots of relish when they knock off at night. What happened?
