Dear Zambia

Dear Zambia,
I am married to a Zambia subject with 4 and willing to obtain a spouse permit. I am in Zambia for now 2 month under normal visa that will expire in one month. how long can a spouse permit process takes to be issued? since my husband is jobless for now and he is living with small economy we made abroad plus family assistance( not reliable) can this be acceptable as Proof of sustenance? can you show me a sample of Letter of consent from the Spouse?
