Dear Disgusted Customer,

We have a complaints procedure posted in all our branches. If you are not happy with the service provided it would be nice to escalate the matter at the time it happens so that senior management can assist. In this instance, there are no customer details provided so we cannot check to see what happened on your account nor call you to arrange a meeting.
