Delayed claim with zisc

Dear Zambia,
I have served a 5yr classic investment plan with Zisc which has matured January this year 2019, l trying to get my money but phones to the claims manager can't get through please somebody help me with legal institutions that looks after delayed claims in insurance companies

how did you spend five years without researching and finding out that these sons of bitches were lowlife crooks?

Madam listen, I’m never one to blame the victim,, but for goodness sake! Five years madam. How could you possibly never have figured out you were dealing with crooks for five whole years??
