Dear Zambia,

I write to complain about the pathetic service that Indo Zambia bank offers to us its customers. this bank is very backward in everything. once you deposit cash, it takes about a day for you to have access to it via ATM,some staff members do not look competent enough.

Meen, I think you should be more specific about your complaint on IZB if you want us to believe you since there are some people who just want to bring down others. Some of their staff members look incompetent? Is that all you can say? How does a competent staff member look?
