Zambia National Building Society Kitwe

Dear Zambia,

I would like to express my displeasure with the attitude the staff at ZNBS i strongly feel management ought to do something they have no customer relations whatsoever. Their website has a an opinion poll and about 50% of the people who visit the site say that the customer service is poor but it seems they can not do anything about it. If somebody decided to get a job in the bank(or any public place for that matter) they should be preapared to recieve all sorts of questions even if they sound silly believe me someone wants to know that is why they walked into your premises. And i strongly feel the people at the enquiries desk ought to be sharp enough to have all the information of all the services the bank (or society) has to offer instead of being dumbfouded and ushering a customer to another desk where somebody is doing something else.

Very true. I feel unwelcome at znbs. Imagine i feel scared even if i have to back and ask further questions.
