Dear Zambia,

I would just like to express my disgust with Barclays Bank Zambia and its complete disregard for its clients. The customer service in all outlets is terrible and the inefficiencies are abundant. It took close to a month to get an answer from them on irregular bank charges, and I only got the answer after visiting them close to 3 times a week. They need to remember that they are actually working for the customer, without us they do not have a business. As result of their incompetence i have closed my account with them and urge everyone to do the same!

Unfortunately there's nowhere to run to for you to run to. Their competitors are not much better. You should have stayed with the devil you know. But anyway even I would close if they treated me like that.
