Zanaco Service

Dear Zambia,
I have been a customer for the last 2 years and I must admit, the Zanaco customer service left little to be desired. I have been banking at Centre Branch and I must say things have changed in the branch. Whatever Zanaco is doing, they should keep it up. Yes, they are not perfect, no organisation is, but they are taking a step in the right direction. Over the last two month, when I go to Centre Branch, the front line staff are more welcoming and willing to help, their guards are friendly and helpful. Not sure whether its because of the change in tellers, the gentlemen at the counters are doing a good job and that lady -'Maria', other ladies should learn from her. She really knows what service is. The queue was there when I arrived, but believe me it did not feel like I had waited for so long because of the pleasant reception, they really left me feeling valued.
Centre Branch, Zanaco please keep improving.Dear Zambia,
