Dear Zambia,

The Xapit service still has room for improvement. Am glad that Zanaco is talking more to its customers especially when there is a problem. Last weekend, I could not access Xapit, but I appreciated the message informing me of how long the system will be unavailable for. Previously, no such messages were available. Xapit is an excellent product, please continue working on its availability and thankyou for sparing me the inconvenience.
