Is it medically prudent to be a vegetarian in Zambia?

Postby Prudent slaughterhouse sanitizing supervisor » 19th November 2015, 21:45

Dear Zambia,

I'm not talking about people like Kaunda who has access to all that cash Unip siphoned from government coffers. Of course he can afford to buy some fancy vegetarian protein. What I'm asking is, for a regular Zambian like myself. It it even a smart idea, medically speaking, to go vegetarian? Because I doubt it very much. There is a reason God put goats and chickens and cows on this earth. They eat the grass we eat them.

But besides that I don't think given what's available to the ordinary Zambian a vegetarian diet is even healthy. I seriously doubt that.
