This topic is about simple snoring. If you stop breathing, choke, or gasp during sleep, you may have a problem called sleep apnea, which can be serious. For more information, see the topic Sleep Apnea.

You snore when the flow of air from your mouth or nose to your lungs makes the tissues of your throat vibrate when you sleep. This can make a loud, raspy noise. Loud snoring can make it hard for you and your partner to get a good night's sleep.

You may not know that you snore. Your bed partner may notice the snoring and that you sleep with your mouth open. If snoring keeps you or your bed partner from getting a good night's sleep, one or both of you may feel tired during the day.

Snoring may point to other medical problems, such as obstructive sleep apnea. Sleep apnea can be a serious problem, because you stop breathing at times during sleep. So if you snore often, talk to your doctor about it.

Snoring is more common in men than in women.

When you sleep, the muscles in the back of the roof of your mouth (soft palate), tongue, and throat relax. If they relax too much, they narrow or block your airway. As you breathe, your soft palate and uvula vibrate and knock against the back of your throat. This causes the sounds you hear during snoring.

The tonsils and adenoids may also vibrate. The narrower the airway is, the more the tissue vibrates, and the louder the snoring is.

You may be able to treat snoring by making changes in your lifestyle and in the way you prepare for sleep. For example:

- Lose weight if you are overweight.

- Quit smoking.

- Sleep on your side and not your back.

- Limit your use of alcohol and medicines such as sedatives before you go to bed.

- If a stuffy nose makes your snoring worse, use nose strips, decongestants, or nasal corticosteroid sprays to help you breathe.

Lose weight, then my ex who was skinny must have a dumbo soul because she would snore like no mans business. She sounded like darth vader mixed with kenneth maduma and a home cinema subwoofer when snorin, The amount of times I woke up and tried to choke this woman because of her snoring. Not only that she would fart like there was a war in her stomach , gasses ya nkondo all damn night .Am glad that relationship ended . Kapena its the way you sleep , do you sleep like a question mark ,stomach facing down or stomach facing up? Kapena ugona pa mpasa or sleep on dodgy bedsheets. Try some hypoallergenic bedding like bamboo and some hollowfibre pillows

Shalapungu boi, that's the oldest trick in the book, you idiot. You ex didn't want to waste her time with your tiny dick, so she pretended to be asleep by faking snoring. Do I really have to teach you everything iwe chimbwi?

First of all I would recommend on diet and healthy lifestyle. I'm sorry to disappoint you but there's no magic here.
However you can probably improve some aspects for your snoring problem with few products available online. You can check few online at top snoring solution com for example, but definitely go and see a doctor as it might be dangerous.

You will be suprised to know snoring is also caused by lack of saliva, for which you can refer your dentist. You can put warm ghee drops in your nose before sleeping that should certainly help your snoring problem. As for your weight you can try Keto diet .
