I don't know what hit me this morning. I just woke up and the very first thing I could think of is how much I crave a good biltong. And not just any biltong but one made from wild buffalo. Any help on this urgent matter will be highly appreciated. I'm not too crazy about spices. Just salt on that biltong will suffice. I want to be able to taste the wildness in that biltong when I bite and chew.
