I want to open a restaurant in Lusaka called The Axe

Dear Zambia,

My game plan should be abundantly obvious.

Customers to my restaurant will be handed an axe and then they will be allowed to chase down their meal in the backyard of the restaurant. We willl have live chickens, pigs and goats.

The customer can then chop off the head of their chosen animal with the axe before sitting down to enjoy their fresh kill

In case there is any confusion or misunderstandings,, the slaughter by axe is for humane reasons. Killing an animal with a butcher knife takes too long and it constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.

Death by axe in instantaneous and most humane. Our restaurant will not tolerate savagery
