I’m trying to penetrate the pig’s thick skin. please advise

Dear Zambia,

Naturally, the way I prepare my pig after I slaughter him is to remove the hair all over his fat body, using fire.

I leave the thick skin on because of course I like eating that chewy, delicious epidermis. My only problem is that I can’t get my spices to fully penetrate that thick pig hide.

Any suggestions to help me with my penetration will be greatly appreciated sure
