Sometimes I think canned Kapenta is more delicious than fres

Dear Zambia,

don’t get me wrong. I love my fresh kapenta, especially fried with tomatoes and lots of onions.

But check this out. Last night I must have smoked about three joints of ganja when I decided to open a can of kapenta swimming in tomato sauce. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The damn suckers were delicious beyond belief. I tell ya
