The only nice thing about mike's kitchen is the front of house infrastructure and nothing else believe me i no wat i am talking about.if a fire broke out in the kitchen,all the kitchen staff would die coz the is no emergency exit on ventilation duct,65% of the food that comes out on a busy night might have been on the floor b4 it reaches the table and the kitchen staff appears 2 have no kitchen hygiene i saw the griller man walk out of the toilet with out washing his hands and went straight to handle food,the waiter will usually delay in service coz he is busy eating ur left overs in the kitchen and the manager will only come 2 ur table unless ur white or u look important or if u refuse 2 pay ur bill coz of slow service.

Isn't there an agency, an office, a government goon, something, somewhere,,, where you can report this kitchen for building code violations???

Not to mention what happens in a kitchen when there's no ventilation. Cooks sweat and their sweat drips into the food!!!!
