In need of reliable bush meat supplier

Postby Indebted2U » 6th September 2011, 20:03

Dear Zambia,

Does anyone know of a good bush meat supplier within short driving distance of Lusaka? I eat just about anything that walks on four legs and runs wild in the bush. No dogs or carnivores please. I also disqualify all apes from this list because, let's face it, the resemblance to humans is uncanny and unsettling.

My preference are grazers but I also do hippo and warthog. As long as the slaughter of the animal was done within the confines of Zambian law. And for goodness sakes, no maggots in the bush meat please.

Thank you in advance.

I'd give you a number for my uncle who is a poacher but for obvious reasons I cannot put him out there like that . You need a connection from the rural areas near game parks that will hook you up with the best bush meat. be careful buying random brown meat with green inzi's orbiting around it because word is people have been eating unmentionables even owls thinking it's that tasty nkanga bird

@ indebted2u.
Did you know that possessing game meat without proper papers is illigal? With this fight against corruption it is better to go to ZAWA. Get licences for the animals you want. Hook up with Slum's uncle. Agree on some terms and bingo, you will have all the game meat you want.

wantanshi (or anyone else in here)

has anyone ever tasted something that namwangas call ichinvulu? i am not sure how it's made, but i'll attempt to explain.

it comes from impombo's amatumbo. they extract the greens that it's been eating m, umatumbo. i'm not sure how they cook it exactly but, they would boil it in a huge pot, it's even better (as with anything else) if cooked munongo. so inongo will will have amatumbo, no mutwe and the hooves, ichifu...basically all the insides will be boiled in one pot. they mix the greens from the intestines with water and use that to boil the mixture. just a pitch of salt (those who really appreciate impombo say that it doesn't even need salt, that's how good it's meat is lol), so that's how i think ichinvulu is prepared. it's real good, i used to eat that whenever i visited this man that used to hunt for us. ngawasuna , wauma ne nkondwa then you go scope the mixture, your intoshi is metamorphosed lol, ok it changes color from white to green, when put that in your mouth, your taste buds just implode in your mouth. then all the other insides from impombo are washed in this green magic, then umutwe, there's this good meat just below the ear lol. like my favorite band (the organized family) would say "very delicious" and i agree very scrumptious indeed

so that's inchinvulu for you, very scrumptious! lol

All ZAWA offices have data about where to find the 'Nyama' anyone wants. So it is upto indebted2u's choice. As for me, any leftovers will do.
