Dear Zambia,

If donor money was stolen then who the hell stole???? What has the government been investigating the past months?? This will just encourage people to get things through criminal activities and be free after two/three years. I guess for kapoko to be aquited they must have not had any evidence to send him to prison. Liato will soon be a free man too. These issues are being handled by professionals, i guess who am i to see an "innocent man" jailed if that's the way it should be. If this aint political please arrest the right offenders. Justice should prevail.

Indeed, welcome to Zambia.

The reign of the dunderheads ended on November 1, 1991. The reign of the kleptomaniacs began on November 2, 1991.

Again, welcome to Zambia.

Oliver,
are you hungry? I see a train of thought about stealing eggs, racing through your skull. What's going on, my friend? Did the whole paycheck go to pay bills? We are only at the beginning of the month. How are you going to survive?

I think this is a good time for you to start thinking big. Forget the eggs. Start plotting to steal an entire account from some NGO or something.

In Zambia as in many other countries, if you got money you are very unlikely to do prison time.

The only difference with Zambia is that theft of public funds is at a grand scale.
