Dear Zambia,

Am very dissatisfied and very disappointed with airtel service particularly MMS, I call customer care after discovering that MMS isn't working at all then to my displeasure whenever i called customer care I was told MMS comes with phone not the network provider, i told the person who responded to me that am using s8+ Samsung to which they retaliated saying they will send settings which they didn't send. Went to there offices they failed to put settings for mms please if anyone knows how mms can be set up help me specifically airtel
