Who the hell was chief Lusaka?

Dear Zambia,

I saw it on TV that Lusaka is named after some ancient chief named Lusaka. This goddamn chief Lusaka is said to have been based at Manda Hill, which according to this TV docu I watched, is the original birthplace of modern day Lusaka.

So who was this ass hole chief Lusaka? And how come I never heard of his dumb ass when I was attending my primary school at Chawama primary school?
