Dear Zambia,
i recently went around 18;40 last week to buy stuf from this shop.while i was in the shop, the workers started murmuring among themselves.this was more directed at customers and i seemed to be one of them.upon inquiry,i was told that time was up as the shop was closed(19;00).so when i asked their boss bout this,he mentioned that it was actually time up as they close at 19.so could some one help me know what time closing time is when you have found yourself inside the shop~?

kalale,

I have never been to melissa supermarket-emmasdale.

I suggest you try to write a note and hand it to this "boss" man. In that note write something to the effect that, good customer service requires that first they clearly post operating hours at the doors and in several conspicuous places inside the premises.

Then secondly, once it's time to close, they should simply close the doors so no more customers enter. But they should allow anyone who was inside before closing time, to shop at their leisure and check out when they are done. No murmurings, slander or rude remarks about the customers.

And don't forget to tell him in the note, that people at Dear Zambia will be monitoring his response.
