Dear Zambia,
Allow me to express my dissatisfaction at the lack of logic displayed by the cashier or whatever you call her over at Debonairs Manda Hill. Having stood in a queue to place my order for about ten minutes, I got to the front of the queue only to have some lout appear right at the front waving his money and ordering pizza when he hadn't taken the time to stand in line. My protest to the silly girl, who was already punching in the chaps order details fell on deaf ears as she apparently knew this fellow and as such had preferential privileges. Strangely, a polite young fellow (also behind the counter) was the one who took heed and apologised on behalf of this numb-skull and promptly took my order. Heck, it's not like they're the only Debonairs outlet in Lusaka, won"t see me there again - Viva Kabulonga Debonairs where they know what order and logic look like.
