I could give a free hygiene class to street food vendors

Postby foodie » 11th March 2019, 12:36

Dear Zambia,

I swear! If the Lusaka city council could give me a chance, I could offer free classes on hygiene to any Lusaka street vendor who is willing to come clean.

That come clean bit was not accidental. I’m afraid too many of our street food vendors here in Lusaka seriously need some basic hygiene lessons.

Granted, their food is amazingly delicious but for goodness sake, their hygiene needs some severe improvement. no joking
