COMMUNITY Markets for Conversations (COMACO) has urged farmers to venture into conservation farming as it is less costly and contribute to improving yields.

The organisation notes that conservation farming has many benefits. One interesting feature is the use of organic fertilisers where farmers avoid the use of artificial fertilisers and other chemicals, which are expensive as majority of them are imported.
