GOVERNMENT has challenged the two railway companies operating in the country to diversify into non-rail services to efficiently run the rail transport.
Minister of Transport and Communication Brian Mushimba said Zambia Railways Limited and Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) should consider developing dry ports and containerise into other non-rail services to supplement the industry.
