By JULIUS PHIRI – THE disruptions at Nakonde border have been flagged as a security threat that are dampening Zambia and Tanzania’s economic activities.Zambia and Tanzania have called on those instigating disturbances at the Nakonde border to desist from such actions with call for a return to normalcy..Transport and Logistics Minister Frank Tayali said the disruptions were a blatant abrogation of the law.
