Government says it has cleared all the dues which were owed to retirees under the Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) from years back up to 31st December,2021 amounting to K2.6 billion. In a statement obtained by Q-News,Chief Government Spokesperson and Minister of Information and Media, Chushi Kasanda says what has remained outstanding are dues for the retirees within this year 2022,amounting to K1.1 billion which government is also resolved to clear. Ms Kasanda says those under the Locak Authorities Superannuation Fund (LASF),Government has paid K300 million,between last year and this year, leaving a balance of K150 million.
