ACC keeping eagle’s eye on suspicious expenditure in parastatals

By JAMES KUNDA-THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says it is keeping an eagle’s eye on suspicious expenditures by some parastatal body heads and on projects which were paid for but the works not done or services not delivered.The ACC says the projects include the construction of the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway, for which US$30 million was paid and the famous FJT University in Luapula Province during the previous government administration.
