By CHATULA KANGALI – INDENI Energy Limited, formally Indeni Petroleum Refinery has commenced operations as an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) with the view to stabilising the supply of fuel on the local market.The new company has acquired all the necessary requirement and licences from the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) to operate as an OMC.
