By FELIX NKINKE – CHIEF Government Spokesperson Chushi Kasanda has said the newly-created Presidential Delivery Unit (PDU) does not exert any extra financial burden on the Government.Ms Kasanda said contrary to assertions by some members of the public, the officers appointed were already serving in public service, and that their appointments would not create any extra financial resource burden on the Treasury.
