By CHUSA SICHONE – THE two-day 2023 East and Southern Africa Regional Governance Forum and Democracy Day Roundtable in Lusaka ended yesterday, with Vice-President Mutale-Nalumango saying the resolutions should not be shelved.Ms Nalumango said there was a need to implement resolutions from important gatherings of such magnitude and not end at just talking.
