We are commencing the final ZOL Mail migration tomorrow the 11th of July 2015. Your old mailbox shall still be accessible in the GMail system for some days as we copy your old emails into the new system. This is the reason we asked for your login credentials as we are not able to copy your old emails without your login details. Without your current password, all we can do is recreate the mailbox in the new system with no emails in it. Those of you that have not sent your passwords to admin@zambia.co.zm need to do so because we have limited time to copy your old emails into the new system.
A number of you asked for some more time to make your payments and we have granted the requests since we have not completed the migration process. For those of you who need more time but have not yet asked, kindly make a formal request for an extension on the time to pay during the migration process. Indicate clearly when you shall pay and which mailboxes you wish to pay for. Also send us your login details so that we copy your old emails into the new system.

Another reminder to those that have already paid through a bank deposit but have not sent proof of payment to kindly do so since we do not know which mailbox(es) you have paid for. Those of you using mobile payments on Airtel and MTN also need to send us an email stating which number you used to send the payments and the email addresses you have paid for.
