VICE president Mutale Nalumango says the United Party for National Development (UPND) is not behind the confusion that is currently happening in the Patriotic Front (PF). Ms Nalumango said the ruling party does not have political wrangles saying the PF must put their house in order. The Vice President’s response angered most PF MPs forcing them to walk out of the house this morning.
