FOLLOWING a marital dispute, a 52-year-old police officer has allegedly committed suicide by taking a toxic substance. Inspector Evans Simweemba is alleged to have accused his wife of going out with other men, leading to him storming out of the house and drive off. The police officer was recently transferred from Kamuchanga police station in Mufulira, to Twapia Police station in Ndola.
