THREE men of Chalimbana have been arrested for allegedly raping a 19 year old woman of Silverest area in Chongwe District. Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said three men identified as Blackson Lungu aged 25,Allan Jere aged 23 and Aswell Mwale aged 22 all of Silverest went to the victim’s house and started throwing stones on the roof while shouting and making noise. He said the victim’s husband managed to run away to seek help from the neighbours.
