THE Presidential Delivery Unit (PDU) has announced a roadmap which will be implemented to develop the country. PDU Head Kusobile Kamwambi said the key areas that have been identified will benefit Zambians and deliver the United Party for National Development (UPND) manifesto. Others are to improve maternal mortality rates from 278 deaths per 100,000 live births to 100 deaths per 100,000 by 2026 and achieve a minimum of 98% Constituency Development Fund (CDF) utilisation by 2025.
