THE Ministry of Labour and Social Security says the approved minimum wages and conditions for domestic workers, shopkeepers and general workers which will take effect on January 1,2024. Minister of Labour and Social Security Brenda Tambatamba said the minimum wages in the three categories were last reviewed in 2018. She said Shopkeepers (grade one) from K1,487 to K2,313.
